Please review these terms carefully before confirming or using a driver booking with Call Driver Nepal.
Advance Booking
Book your driver at least four hours before your planned travel time.
Verify Driver ID
Ask the assigned driver to display an official company identification card.
Collect Receipt
Ensure reporting and departure times are correctly recorded on your receipt.
Inspect Your Vehicle
Check the vehicle for damage or missing belongings before the driver leaves.
General Terms & Safety Conditions
Safety and responsible vehicle use requirements.
- Ensure that the driver’s reporting time and departure time are clearly recorded on the receipt in your presence.
- Do not request, encourage or pressure the driver to overspeed, jump traffic signals, drive in the wrong lane, overtake dangerously, participate in racing or drive off-road.
- Do not permit or encourage a driver to operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any intoxicating substance.
- Inspect your vehicle for damage or loss immediately after the driver returns the keys and before the driver leaves your premises.
- Complaints made after the driver has left may not be accepted where the vehicle was not inspected during handover.
Booking & Cancellations
Booking confirmation, driver verification and availability.
- Customers should book a driver at least four hours before the required travel time.
- Always request and retain the official receipt provided by the assigned driver.
- Ask the driver to display the Call Driver Nepal company ID card whenever the driver reports for a booking.
- In case of suspicion, uncertainty or identity concerns, contact the Call Driver Nepal call centre before starting the journey.
- Management will not be responsible for incidents involving a driver hired privately or directly without office notification and official booking confirmation.
- Call Driver Nepal, its management and assigned drivers reserve the right to accept or decline a booking based on availability, operational conditions and professional judgment.
- Call Driver Nepal will make reasonable efforts to provide a driver at the requested time, but all bookings remain subject to driver availability.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payment methods, refunds and additional journey expenses.
- Cash, digital or advance payment may be accepted depending on the payment method confirmed during booking.
- Payment should be made to the company in advance or directly to the authorised driver at the end of the booking, as instructed.
- If Call Driver Nepal is unable to provide a driver after accepting an eligible advance booking, the customer may submit a refund request.
- Parking fees, toll charges, entry charges and other additional journey-related expenses must be paid by the customer.
- Customers should confirm the accepted payment method and payable amount before the journey begins.
Loss, Damage & Theft
Vehicle insurance, valuables and liability requirements.
- Do not leave cash, laptops, mobile phones, wallets, handbags, luggage, jewellery or other valuables unattended inside the vehicle or in the driver’s possession.
- Call Driver Nepal and drivers engaged through the company will not be responsible for unattended valuables that are lost, stolen or damaged.
- Customers should use the service only with a vehicle covered by valid comprehensive motor insurance issued by a credible motor vehicle insurer in Nepal.
- The customer remains responsible for maintaining valid vehicle documentation, insurance, roadworthiness and legally required permits.
- Call Driver Nepal and its management do not accept responsibility for losses arising from theft, sabotage, kidnapping or other criminal acts beyond the reasonable control of the company or driver.
- The vehicle must be inspected when keys are returned. Complaints submitted after the driver has left may not be considered.
